What to write about
- Your account or sign-in. Links not arriving, a device to remove, something not working.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. You can also do most of this yourself on the Privacy Rights page in the app.
- Billing and refunds. See the Refund Policy first; it covers most questions.
- Security or misuse. Tell us what you saw and how to reproduce it (Acceptable Use).
Please don't send passwords or anything from your employer's confidential systems. We never ask for them.
